McRae creates and adheres to schedules for all companies and subcontractors working on every project, letting everyone know in advance the amount of time required to complete work.
Quality Control
McRae ensures that final construction meets the project owner’s specifications and satisfies the original contract. Varying amounts of quality control and work is performed in-house depending on the project scope. Other work is performed by trusted and experienced sub-contractors which we have thoroughly examined or have had a previous successful experience with. Night and weekend work is frequently employed as a method of minimizing operational disruptions. This process results in minimal or zero non-productive time.
